Welcome to QR Scanner. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the QR Scanner mobile application (the "App"), which is offered by LI MAN ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with our terms, please do not use our App.

1. Use License

• Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the App for your personal and non-commercial use strictly in accordance with the App's documentation.

• LI MAN reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice. However, we are committed to ensuring the continuity of services wherever possible.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LI MAN is situated, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
